Nirva Vassa Wins Grand Award at

State Science and Engineering Fair of Florida


Congratulations Nirva Vassa the winner of the Junior Division Grand Award (Dr. Nelson Ying Scholars Grand Award). Nirva's science teacher is Mrs. Kim Coleman and the title of her project was: I Got C: A Stability Study of Vitamin C in Sonicated Fresh Orange Juice under Deaeration using Titration. In addition to being the Grand Prize Award winner, Nirva won $100 cash for the Dr. Benjamin Cole award, a plaque and a $500 cash award from the Dr. Nelson Ying Foundation and a recommendation to the Broadcom MASTERS competition.
