Triscia Panarello

Ms. Panarello is innovative in supporting the needs of her students.  She provides immediate and meaningful feedback as she zips around her classroom engaging each and every student.   Her students are challenged to meet the next academic objective through differentiated instructional practices. Ms. Panarello is conscientious of the pacing and rigor of her lessons.  She is able to meet the demands of mathematics instructional plan by tracking her students emerging skills; addressing questions which need to be further explored; and constantly checking for mastery of learning goals.  

Ms. Panarello spends a considerable amount of time engaging her students in activities that improve their knowledge of the standards.  She has the ability to help students make strong connections in order to understand how math skills are applied in a real-world setting.   She is able to adjust her instructional practices when she notices that students can go deeper.  We are proud to introduce her as Sanford Middle's Teacher of the Year.
